TradeVisor ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

By using TradeVisor, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, including features used and time spent
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version
• Notification preferences: Your push notification settings
• Analytics data: Anonymized usage patterns to help us improve the experience
• Advertising identifiers: A device advertising ID used by our advertising partners in the mobile app — see the "Advertising & Marketing" section
• Purchase data: When you buy a Scan pack, we receive the store transaction identifier, product identifier, and country code from Apple/Google via our in-app purchase processing partner — never your payment-card details

• Deliver AI-powered market predictions and analytics
• Send push notifications for predictions, alerts, and updates
• Track and display our prediction performance statistics
• Improve and optimize the app experience
• Provide customer support
• Ensure the security of our platform

We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the platform — including authentication, cloud hosting, push notifications, and analytics. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and only process data on our behalf.

With your consent, we also share limited technical data with advertising partners. On our website this is Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) via the Meta Pixel; in the mobile app this is Google AdMob, which serves the ads that help keep TradeVisor free. See the "Advertising & Marketing" section below for the data involved and how to manage your consent.

To promote TradeVisor and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The Pixel loads only after you accept marketing cookies in our consent banner.

When enabled, the Meta Pixel collects:

• IP address and browser/device information
• Pages viewed on tradevisor.co.uk and basic interaction events (e.g. page views, sign-up clicks)
• Cookies set by Meta that may identify you if you are also logged in to Facebook or Instagram

This data is sent to Meta and processed under Meta's own privacy terms. Meta acts as an independent controller for advertising measurement and audience-building purposes. You can read Meta's policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent choice via your browser's site data settings, or by using the controls described in our Cookie Policy. Withdrawing consent will stop the Pixel from loading on future visits but does not delete data already shared with Meta — for that, contact Meta directly.

In-app advertising (mobile app). The TradeVisor mobile app uses Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to display ads — including in-app native ads and optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch to earn free Scans. The website does not use AdMob, and the mobile app does not use the Meta Pixel.

AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:

• Device advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address, device type, operating system, and app/ad interaction events
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address

Personalised vs non-personalised ads: on iOS, the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting your advertising identifier. If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown but are non-personalised. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent form is shown before ads load.

Managing consent: you can change your choice at any time — on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android via Settings → Google → Ads. AdMob data is processed under Google's terms; see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

When you buy a Scan pack inside the mobile app, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Through our in-app purchase processing partner, we receive the store transaction identifier, product identifier, country code, and the resulting Scan-credit balance so we can validate the purchase and credit your account. We also store a log of how each Scan credit is consumed (which pair was analysed and when) so we can support refund requests for failed Scans.

We do not use purchase data for advertising.

• Strict server-side access rules restricting database reads and writes
• Secure authentication via Google and Apple Sign-In
• Regular security reviews and updates

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings → Account Information → Delete Account
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Manage notification preferences or unsubscribe from communications

You can permanently delete your account directly within the app. Navigate to Settings → Account Information → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will remove all your personal data from our systems.

TradeVisor is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
